General anxiety disorder is a common form of anxiety. It’s characterized by excessive or unrealistic worry or concern. This worry is normally associated with a persons life and life situation. As you can see, the ideas offered as potential causes of anxiety are very weak. Experts tell us that an anxiety disorder can be recognized as more than normal worrying by how long it lasts and how it is allowed to affect your life.

This is problematic given the fact that the cause has not been identified.
